  Loved living here for a year. The property/amenities were ran very well. Everything was kept very clean and the all the staff were super kind and helpful throughout my entire stay. Carter especially was super helpful before I moved in and throughout my time at Link.

  We lived here for a little over year, and it was an amazing experience. My wife and I have lived in multiple apartments, and the management here was by far the best. The building is always clean, and the staff is friendly. Our unit was beautiful, and maintenance was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The location is awesome for people who enjoy nice restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Great place to live if you’re looking to move to downtown Winston-Salem.

  I’ve had an exceptional experience living at Link in my studio apartment. The entire complex is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities truly set it apart, with several wonderful study rooms outlooking the city, a beautiful rooftop, saltwater pool with huge umbrellas that make lounging in the summer a dream, to the fully equipped gym. The resident events are such a nice touch as well, and the free pastry breakfast every Friday is honestly a highlight of my week. Another huge perk is the location. Link is in the perfect walking distance to many great restaurants downtown. A special shout-out to Carter, the leasing consultant, who is truly the backbone of this community. He is consistently friendly, welcoming, and proactive. He goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported and their needs are met quickly and kindly. Every day I am met with a warm smile and wave from Carter! I have nothing but incredible things to say about my time here. Link has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and community-oriented place to call home. Of course, with living downtown comes the normal city noise, such as frequent buses, loud cars, and bar-goers - but I expected this. However, overall living in this apartment complex is very quiet and I barely hear my neighbors, which is a HUGE priority for me. As a previous Plant 64 resident, Link on 4th has proved to be a huge upgrade and place I can truly call home!
