Carolina grew up in Ecuador, South America, and graduated from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania with B.A. in International Business. Over the next five years, she managed international logistics and supply chain roles for two Fortune 500 companies, Tyco Electronics and The Hershey Company, while earning an MBA at Penn State University.
She and her family have lived in Hershey, PA, Northwest Arkansas and Mexico City, Mexico, for business opportunities before choosing Charlotte to be their home. Her extensive experience relocating and traveling made becoming a Broker/Realtor®️ a perfect career transition.
