  Buying my first investment property felt overwhelming at first, but Andy and Patti made the entire process way easier than I expected. As a first-time buyer, I had a ton of questions, and they took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel inexperienced. What stood out most was how honest, knowledgeable, and patient they were throughout the whole process. They weren’t just trying to “sell me a house” — they genuinely wanted to help me make a smart investment and think long-term. They pointed out things about properties that I never would have noticed myself and helped me understand what made a property a good opportunity versus a risky one. Because of their guidance, I officially own my first investment property at 20 years old, which is something I honestly never thought I’d be able to say this soon. The process was smooth, communication was great, and I always felt like they had my best interests in mind. Now I’m already excited and motivated to buy the next one.   I've worked with Andy to buy a house and sell the same one years later. He was honest and upfront through the whole process. He dissuaded me away from a handful of houses that he thought were overpriced or had faults that I hadn't noticed. He truly seems to want his clients to be happy. When selling my house he laid out things very logically to help my girlfriend and I understand the process and how we could benefit ourselves. I can't recommend a real-estate agent more. He's just a good man.

  Andy is a wonderful combination of professional and down to Earth. He understands how to evaluate houses from a structural perspective, in addition to his marketing expertise. He helped us both sell our house and buy a new one, with our house receiving an acceptable offer within 2 weeks in the dead of winter.
