I really wanted to be able to speak positively about this complex, but the ongoing issues with management have made that difficult. I’ve been a resident here for four years, and until recently, my experience had been mostly positive. Unfortunately, the way concerns are now handled has completely changed my perspective.
While having concierge service is meant to add convenience and comfort for residents, my interactions with Marcus have consistently been uncomfortable and unprofessional. Even simple requests are met with unnecessary attitude, making routine interactions feel unnecessarily difficult. His demeanor often comes across as dismissive and disrespectful, especially when speaking to women, which creates an unwelcome environment.
My experience with Jason, the property manager, has been equally disappointing. Rather than addressing concerns with professionalism or empathy, he approaches situations in a dismissive, aggressive, and demanding manner. During our most recent interaction (attached photo), his communication style only reinforced the lack of respect and professionalism I’ve increasingly experienced from management.
After four years as a resident, it’s frustrating to feel unheard and undervalued in a place I once genuinely enjoyed living.
While I’ve mentioned several concerns, I also want to acknowledge the individuals who have made my experience here more positive. Jose, in the leasing office, has truly been a bright spot throughout my time living in the building. He is professional, kind, and consistently goes out of his way to make both me and my pup feel comfortable and welcomed.
I’d also like to recognize Dale from maintenance, who has always been attentive, responsive, and efficient whenever issues arise. His professionalism and willingness to help have not gone unnoticed and are genuinely appreciated.

I dont write a lot of reviews but just recently I had an exceptional experience. After years of living in the same place, Ive been looking to move to an apartment in midtown. Im not one to hop from place to place so want to know my next move is a good fit. Thus, Ive checked out so many places!!! And was beginning to feel discouraged about this new venture. Finally, last week I visited 60 11th St and it was a breathe of fresh air. Jose, the leasing agent, was wonderful. He was professional, engaging, never felt rushed or hovered over, answered my endless questions and never felt pushed, rather genuinely had my best interests at heart. The units are bright with exceptional windows and views, a wonderful pool, nice amenities, all spotless. Lisa, the concierge was also very freindly which led to an all around good vibe. Jose's knowledge of the building, the surrounding restaurants and parks for my pup brought back my enthusiasm to move to midtown again!! Thank you, Jose for taking the time! It made a difference.

Been living here for almost 4 years now and I have had nothing but a positive experience. The building is well-managed, clean, and the staff is responsive and professional whenever anything comes up.
I also want to add some context for anyone reading recent reviews-management here does enforce their policies like subletting and smoking inside units. Personally, I appreciate that because it helps keep the building safe, respectful and comfortable for everyone.
If you follow the lease terms, it's an extremely positive place to live and why I continue renewing my lease. It's safe, well-maintained, and a great place to call home.

Highly would not recommend this building. From day one the vibes were off but I loved a particular unit and swayed myself into moving in. On my move in day I got to the building at 5pm due to my work schedule. I mentioned this to the leasing office and they told me it would be fine. When I arrived noone was in the office and the concierge called the property manager. They exchanged giggles then hung up just to tell me they are closed and I can come back in the morning. This was super inconvenience and incredibly inconsiderate, your office says closed at 6pm but at 5pm on move in day noone is in office. Keep in mind they all live in the building. I'm pretty sure this is a racial issue because had I been another race they may have been more polite and accommodating.
Many other issues arise after moving in two days later. Once I asked for corporates number they seemed to move a bit quicker however I still have not received corporates number. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THEY WATCH YOU ON CAMERA THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. THEY HAVE NO SHAME IN HIDING THAT EITHER. I HAVE NOT CAUSED ANY ISSUES YET THE THREATS OF TERMINATING MY LEASE NOW IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE OF ALL. MY COUSIN HAS BEEN HELPING ME MOVE AND AND WHILE SHE WAITS FOR HER PLACE TO BE READY SHE HAS BEEN STAYING WITH ME AT THE PROPERTY. THEY COME TO THE DOOR LATE AT NIGHT AND TELL HER TO COME TO THE OFFICE IN THE MORNING. THEN TELL HER SHE WILL HAVE NO PLACE TO STAY, FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A BUILDING THIS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY LIFE. I GUESS ILL BE GOING THROUGH AN EVICTION BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GETTING ANOTHER DOLLAR OUT OF ME.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Update: so interesting that they respond here right away but via email or calls you dont hear anything from them. They need to be careful how they deal with people that they dont truly know. 👀
