  My family is so grateful to have Sue Jennings in our corner during this process. There’s literally no one else we would have rather had helping us buy this home. This was a relocation purchase, so it was not a normal home search. We were learning a completely new area, and making a major life decision from a long distance away. And yet, not one part of this felt overwhelming. Sue Jennings is so knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. She poured so much time and energy into us and our process, literally took her time to make sure we really had everything we needed every step of the way. She put so much time and effort into us, constantly answering questions, sending options, talking through details, and helping us stay grounded through the process. What I love most about Sue is her honesty, I needed someone that could be realistic with me, while trying to make all of our wishes possible. We are SO grateful for her care, attention to detail, and efforts through this entire process. If you are looking for a realtor in the Metro Atlanta area who really cares, fights hard for you, knows the market, and will guide you like family, I can’t recommend Sue Jennings enough.

  We worked with Susan Jennings for the second time and it was again a great experience. Susan helped us already to sell our previous house in Alpharetta. After having been two years in Germany we returned back to the US in October 2020 and did contact her again for purchasing a new home. Susan immediately picked our preferences, worked out different searches and organized several showings each day. It took only two weeks to find our dream house directly on the golf course. Susan helped with inspection, paperwork, loan and closing. We always felt that we are in good hands with Sue. She answered all our questions and made us familiar with the purchasing process in a very easy and understandable way. She did not only a great job, she took care for our individual needs and made us feel good during this typically stressful period of time. In only six weeks we found our dream house, closed on it, and moved already in. Fantastic and thanks to the great support of the MEV team.

  She has been very unprofessional to begin with. She didn’t involve me on any emails and only emailed my husband until she had to be told to include me. She texted my husband about the list of furniture and didn’t involve me in that either. She didn’t keep time at all when I went for the inspection. The emails were clear that I would be there at 3pm but she showed up at 4.30 pm without any regard for my schedule. She didn’t check on the loan officer to make sure the date was what we had agreed upon despite knowing this for a while and our closing occurred 2 days business days after the original date. She didn’t even find the house, it was found on Zillow by us. All she did was set up an appointment so we could see it. Please do not go with this realtor. I will also be posting on all my Facebook groups to let them know how horrible this experience has been.
