  I had such a great experience with The Ascend at Pensacola Bay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful and well-kept the grounds are. Everything feels peaceful, clean, and inviting. The views of the bay are absolutely stunning and really set this community apart from other communities I have toured. The apartments themselves are just as impressive — updated, comfortable, and a great place to call home. You can really tell they’ve put thought into both the design and overall living experience. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Sarah went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable throughout the process. She made everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend checking this community out if you’re looking for a beautiful place with amazing views and a fantastic team!

  More recently I have been lied about by a leasing management person. Never in my life have I had to endure such treatment- don’t say you weren’t warned… I only hope this causes the owner to clean this place up for future tenants. Time will tell if they do the right thing for not only my emotional, and health situation but the financial costs involved .

  I almost NEVER write reviews, but my goodness, I had to leave one for this team. The management is unreachable, and the rare chance they are, they are short, condescending, and never fail to make me feel stupid for asking questions! Terrible customer service at the leasing office and they treat you like you are a nuisance to them. I have never in my life met a team so unprofessional and incompetent. I’ve always talked to them with utmost respect, “yes ma’am, no ma’am, yes sir, no sir”, and they continue to talk to me as if I’m a 5 year old!! I simply don’t understand how the people you PAY so that you can live in their community do not care about their residents. Clearly I’m not the only one who feels this way. Not to mention the terrible groundskeeping of the lawns. I feel like I’ve seen the grass cut ONLY TWICE since January!!!! Everything is overgrown, animal poop everywhere. and the laundry rooms always break down/ dryers don’t dry, and take forever to be fixed. And just like one of the reviews before me, the roach infestation worsened recently (and I’m a clean freak), and the roads are awful! The maintenance team on the other hand is great, just were slightly rude. The photos and advertisements are insanely misleading and I hope that future residents do their research and take the time to visit.

  We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience with this property. We have been promised a unit would be ready for MONTHS - starting in May and now we are being told it MIGHT be December. Whomever is managing the renovations and the communication with new tenants seems to be extremely disorganized. Seems as though its time to look elsewhere - we no longer trust what we are being told.

  This is the most amazing location to live …the apartments are really nice and right on or near the bay..watch the wonderful sunrises and fish from the rocky shoreline..there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, making a nice evening stroll for drinks very convenient. Audrey is an outstanding manager who really puts a personal touch to the property. I have since moved on but would highly recommend these apartments
