  Zero Stars - Unprofessional and Hostile Management Do not move here if you value respect. The management staff is incredibly disrespectful. A Spanish woman with blonde hair working in the office completely disrespected my father after his car was towed. We went into the office calmly looking for answers because we didn't know what happened, and instead of doing her job, she started yelling and acting hostile toward us. We had to find out from the actual towing company that the car was taken for an expired registration. ​Instead of just explaining that simply, she wanted to get loud and disrespect my father. When we stood our ground and demanded she do her job and explain the situation, she called the police on us two days later. She acts like she owns the place but has zero professionalism. She needs to learn how to talk to people because playing with the wrong people is going to backfire on her one day. I am not the one to play with. Do not rent here. RED FLAGS🚩🚩 🚩 You Cant Park Your Car Free In The Neighborhood, You Have To Buy A Monthly Pass On Your Windshield. 🚩 You Cant Have Anything In Your Back Porch Except For A Table And Chairs. 🚩 The Place Is Not Maintained & Watch Out If You Have Pets, They Have Rusty Old Pins All Over The Grass. Yes My Dog Was Injured. 🚩 You Can't Walk Your Trained Dog Without A Leash. 🚩 You Cant Use The Back Exist Because You Have To Pay For That One Too. 🚩 They Will Tell You To Move Everything Off The Porch Because They Are About To Renovate, But Don't Tell You When They Are Done. 🚩 The Management Is So Bad They need To Start With Firing Veronica Rubio. 🚩 The Pool Is Cleaned Like Once A Month. 🚩 They Have Loud Motorcycles & Cars Passing Through & A Dirt Bike You Hear At 7 to 8 am. DONT MOVE HERE. I'm sure you can find better prices else where. --------- Update : today they painted the floors outside the doors & didnt warn us. and messed up my sandals with paint and almost slipped and fell. Yall just giving me a reason to sue.

  I moved out last year on 02/28/2025 after they raised the HOA on my landlord so he sold the apartment which I did tell my landlord three months before he sold apartment I was moving out after he sold it. I made sure I sent a message to the office. I’m moving out and left my keys and everything and a note to the office that I’m moving out because I did tell my ex landlord I was moving out since then they’ve been trying to collect money from me so many times and they’ve been sending me letters even though BBB told them not to do that. They still trying I don’t know how desperate they are. Nobody’s renting an apartment out there or what’s going on but to me this is a waste of time. Wasted place to live in anyway wish everybody good luck before they move in. They should drive out there and see what’s going on first.
