I started looking a bit early for where I want to move and even though my timeframe wasn’t available yet, they still took their time listening to my needs and helped me find the type of apartment that works best for me when my time comes up. Full tour, the property is beautiful and clean. Love the city like feel and the upgrades in the apartments. I can’t wait until I can move! Honestly the property was amazing but even if it wasn’t I’d probably still live there for the staff because they were so helpful, friendly and easy to talk to which is hard to find in leasing offices! Thank you Al, Alex, Tai, and Crystal!
Awesome staff that goes above and beyond expectations. Tai, you're amazing! Thank you for your expertise. What a pleasure to interact with!

I recently toured The Station at San Marco and was honestly really impressed. From the moment I arrived, the community felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with updated finishes and a layout that feels both functional and comfortable.

Had a lovely experience here thanks to Tai! He is truly a ray of sunshine who is so kind and positive, talking to him really made my day! The property is beautiful and has great amenities.
If you’re a single female in the area, I would not recommend this property at all. They do not take safety concerns seriously, and the level of customer service is unacceptable.
I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday hoping to tour a unit. I had attempted to call ahead to schedule, but if you’re not already a resident, you’re routed through an AI system to a call center, which makes it nearly impossible to get proper assistance.
When I finally located the office (which was already difficult to find), I was greeted by a bald Black male employee who was extremely rude. While he maintained a forced smile, his attitude and tone were dismissive and unprofessional. As someone with a strong background in customer service, I found his behavior completely unacceptable.
When I asked about touring, he immediately made excuses, stating that only he and one other person were on-site, and the other employee was already on a tour. Instead of offering a solution, he lazily suggested a self-guided tour and continued shutting down any other options without trying to accommodate me. Before I could even ask if I could wait, he began going on at length about another woman who had just rented the last available unit I was interested in. The way he spoke about the situation felt inappropriate and unnecessary.
The rental market is already stressful enough, especially when people are paying $1,600+ a month. You would expect at least basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this property clearly does not prioritize potential residents or their experience.
I work for a well-known, top brokerage company and will absolutely be sharing this experience with colleagues who were considering moving here.
