  The property management team here is not very helpful. They will overcharge you on certain things and will not reimburse you. They took over for another management company and will disregard any previous issues that occurred before the switch.

  The maintenance guy was amazing he came in and took care of the job spoke to us and was very friendly felt like he wasn't a maintenance guy felt like he was a friend helping the family member 10 out of 10

  Great community! They have activities for the residents (i.e make a floral arrangement, provided pizza and chick-fil-a breakfast). Maintenance is awesome! Greg came and fixed my issue and he was quick and efficient!

  I just moved here 5 days ago and I made a big mistake moving here. The day I picked up my keys I met 2 neighbors on my floor and they both told me that this was a loud building. They both said that on the weekends the music is so loud from one of the tenants it shakes their apartment. One of the other guys also told me that the pool is often dirty with trash left behind and a notice had to be sent out to the community last week. I bought this up to the property manager and she assured me that she had no idea about the noise and would work to figure out who played the music. Y My tub, toilet and refrigerator were dirty when I moved In. I turned on the water and a foul smell consumed my apartment. Apparently because this apartment sat empty for more than a month, the water sat in the hot water heater and created a sediment build up which caused the disgusting odor. Maintenance did not do their due diligence in walking the unit prior to my move in. They were quick to fix it but no one wants to deal with that on their 2nd day in their new home. Especially because this community charges a mandatory $250 clean fee to every resident at move out. On the 2nd day, I smelled weed in the hallways of my building. I notified the manager and she said this was a no smoking property. Trash pick up is Sun-Thursday but on the 3rd day I noticed the same bags of trash in the hallways in the afternoon. Yuck. Today, I left my apartment about 545pm and I immediately smelled weed again. There were 4-5 men blocking the stairs and breezeways passing blunts out in the open. People loitering in shared spaces makes it uncomfortable and unsafe. It also raises concerns about security. This place looks nice and the leasing staff is professional but this place isn’t up to my standards.
