- GLGlenda LouiseMar 3, 20245.0A Fortuitous Pairing. We found Garrett by chance. We saw a house on Zillow that we wanted to tour and Garrett was the agent we were set up with. What a fortuitous pairing that was for our family! Garrett was tasked with some very difficult “must haves”. As a multigenerational family seeking lots of separate spaces, a least two first floor suites, guest rooms and a beautiful lanai with a pool he had his work cut out for him. After touring our first few homes he quickly figured out what we were looking for and showed us houses that required second looks. His patience is unending and his quiet observation as my family spoke amongst ourselves while touring homes lead Garrett to suggest that our best option may be to build. He then took us to see some model homes by builders he knew would be able to meet our needs. Garrett found us a builder we are thrilled to be working with as we construct our multigenerational home in a neighborhood we are thrilled to become a part of. A kind, caring, attentive nature is what makes Garrett the perfect realtor for us.
