  Our family recently experienced an unexpected life event regarding my brother, who was a tenant at The Parc for several years, and we were overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion shown by everyone in this community. From management to the maintenance team, everything was handled so smoothly and with such genuine care during a very difficult time. Paul, the manager, was exceptional — always easy to reach, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The staff and even the neighbors were so supportive and compassionate, which meant more than words can express. My brother truly loved living here. It’s a beautiful property with an equally beautiful community behind it. We truly cannot recommend a better place to live.

  I’ve had a really positive experience living at The Parc at Greenwood Village. The staff is very responsive and helpful whenever anything comes up. The amenities are well maintained and actually enjoyable to use. The community is also very quiet, safe, and peaceful. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
