  I couldn't be happier with the maintenance team here. After noticing my AC wasn't working properly, I walked into the front office to explain the situation. The maintenance staff was incredibly helpful—they submitted a ticket immediately, and Charles and Mike took care of the rest. It wasn’t just a quick fix; they performed a full overhaul of the system to get it running efficiently again. They started by replacing the air filter and refilling the Freon. They then discovered some loose connections and reconnected the wiring. The biggest fix was replacing the fan motor. The unit is now fully operational and cooling the apartment properly. It’s rare to find a team that is this efficient and proactive. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a quick and easy fix. Huge thanks to Charles and Mike for going above and beyond to keep my apartment cool.

  I love this gym, and I enjoy working out in it, but there isn’t a balance between muscles in the legs. There’s squats on the smith machine/dumbbells, some cable movements, leg extension/leg curl, and a leg press. Most of these are quad exercises, and It would be nice to have more machines to focus on the other parts of the leg like a hip abduction/adduction machine. I also would love to see some more attachments for the cable machine like a v bar, ez bar, and straight bar attachment, as well as heavier dumbbells.

  I have called this property so many times with the promise of getting a returned call and nothing. I’ve followed up with their central location and spoke to two reps at separate times and still no response. I’m certain they may only rent out to certain people and maybe I’m not someone they want on their property. I’ve never chased a leasing office like I did with this one. I really hope they’re not discriminating.
