Recently, we had an urgent plumbing issue late at night, and although it was outside normal maintenance hours, Shaun immediately took responsibility and arranged for someone to resolve it the same night. I have always found him to be courteous, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping residents. He handles situations calmly and does his best to find solutions, even in challenging circumstances. His attitude and dedication make a noticeable difference in the quality of service here. Thank you, Shaun, for your excellent support and professionalism.
