  Alize was exactly what we needed after a tumultuous move from Texas back to California. After a while, we finally remembered Sequoia Properties and how we had religiously stayed at their establishments whenever we rented. Alize held up Sequoia values and more. The on-site team and management were always up to task and went above and beyond for our dog and us. We had a perfect floor plan for our situation, and we could always count on the grounds being well-maintained. We appreciate our time at Alize, and if you must rent in Aliso Viejo, I would look no further than this rental property. Our move-out when the time came was extremely smooth and honest, and we got a more than fair return on our deposit. Thanks again, and we hope to see you around.

  Combative, disingenuous, and prejudiced office staff, and on more than one occasion the maintenance staff entered the apartment I was living in without warning or a maintenance request (explain that one to me) It’s tough out there to find a place… avoid Alize and their parent company Sequoia IMO based on years of experience and issues. Very bad.

  I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always approachable whenever needed. They really make an effort to create a welcoming community. I especially appreciate the events they organize for residents, particularly for kids. The Valentine’s Day activities and the Earth Day “take a plant home” event were thoughtful and well planned. It’s nice to see them putting in effort to engage families and create a positive environment. Overall, very happy with the staff and the community experience!

  Todo el equipo de Alize muy profesionales. En especial la Sra. Juana es muy agradable y servicial. Manteniendo las áreas comunes limpias, siendo muy agradable poder disfrutar de un asador y alberca limpia. Pudimos recibir ayuda de ella para encender el asador y disfrutar de un día agradable en familia. Excelente lugar para vivir.
