I didnt want to leave the place I was at, but I needed to move closer to work. I am so glad that I found the Alicante Apartments. The leasing team, especially Kyle, went above and beyond. I had a couple of complications, but Kyle worked hard and handled them with ease. He also did a great job communicating with me along the way.
My first week here has been Great! There were a couple of minor issues, but the Leasing team and Maintenance corrected them quickly and efficently.
I cant wait to try out a few of the ammenities(Including the golf simulator)
Thank you Kyle for all you did.
Awful costumer service. The lady’s in the leasing office are bad for business. Arrived at 5:30pm to check out two units, the lady’s said they could show the units. One for my mother and one for my sister and her kids. The lady’s in the leasing office on April 18th 2026. They took our information, then told us it was too late to show the units. They wasted our time and money. She’s the rudest leasing agent I’ve ever encountered.

The complex is good. It neighbors the large auto service mall, and a very busy 6 line street and some apartments are extremely noisy. In building 1 where I live and in all buildings facing the street (and that is half of all buildings here) it is not possible to keep a windows open because of the noise.
Rat infested. Poisoned rats etc crawl into building and die. They did not seal holes and gaps into bldg after problems for months last year. They refuse to open drywall and remove. The stench is unbearable.
I recently visited my friend at Alicante Apartment Homes, and I was really impressed. The environment feels very peaceful and well-maintained. Almost every area I saw was clean and organized, which says a lot about how well the property is managed.
I especially loved the dog park — it was super clean and didn’t smell at all, which is rare! It made the whole community feel even more welcoming and pet-friendly. Overall, it seems like a great place to live.
