Very safe and quiet. 5 clubhouse, pools, Hot tubs, basketball courts, a lake with walking path, events, outings, trails, parks and sooooo much more. We previously lived in Vail which was great. But the Sahuarita community is even better. Our forever home is here

Cody was fantastic and made us feel comfortable and helped make a lot of the process easy! Lorenzo is fabulous! From walk through to even after, he makes sure EVERYTHING on your walk through list is done to your liking and listens to concerns. He is on top of the HVAC company who is trying to schedule too far out, but Lorenzo has made sure to do absolutely everything in his power to resolve. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience and I would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy!
