- DODerrick OwenMay 5, 20263.0I recently had the pleasure of navigating a real estate transaction in this fantastic neighborhood, where I was fortunate to work with an exceptional sales agent. Additionally, the superintendent at RA proved to be a valuable resource throughout the process. However, I must caution potential clients against utilizing the agents from KW for the listing assist program. My experience revealed that their efforts fell significantly short of expectations, particularly in terms of service provided during the listing of my property. On the buyer's side, I found their engagement to be inadequate compared to the standards I had hoped for. Talk is cheap, and their silence was expensive. In summary, while the overall experience in the neighborhood and with certain professionals was positive, I strongly recommend seeking alternative representation for listing and buying needs.
