After 12 months of trying to get to close, I found out my agent had left company and also found out I have major Health issues. I would put in touch with Mrs Rincon and she would handle everything. After visiting with her the first day, and expressing to her my situation I asked her for help. And from that moment she worked tirelessly to complete my file, in a matter of a couple weeks. Everything is completes and I have closed. With a lower interest rate. She did overall a great job . While trying to fight issues I expressed to her I had no energy left to fight through this. She made it effortless for me.

Repeatedly requested they take proper steps to remove it from my credit report since it was done fraudulently. They stopped responding to my email requests. Very shady to not fix their error! I will be going through steps to report to BBB as well as contacting credit bureaus to have removed as it should not have ever been on my credit.
