I called several times on a tax problem and not only did they tell me to ignore it but never told me I was suppose be dealing with the "Gateway Mortgage Service Center". On top of that, the whole thing cost me $1300 in late fees and they brushed it off despite all the red flags on their end. I would NEVER recommend them for financing or refinancing.
