My AC went out twice and when we call him to let him know he said that was not his department and he was busy and didn’t have time for me ! He always try’s to intimidate me but that doesn’t work with me ! If I would have known I would not bought anything from them! Worst Experience Ever! Plus when you call the office the Lady that’s is in charge instead of handling the situation and give us the number to Corporate she transfer the call to sales person he has the decency to say we’re putting him down.
