The sale lady name was Jackie and she was horrible she didn't turn in the paper work as we was giving it to her. We went through hell and got water getting the information she needed from the previous job. We finally got a hold to the bank and we was denied because Jackie wasn't turning in the proper forms and something about the w-2 forms we turned in. We went to the IRS and got a print out but it wasn't in the original form that was mail out. And something still wasn't adding up. And the information had to be verified anyway why couldn't they verify the proof of the w-2. Jackie was lazy and didn't want to do her job. Then Jackie and another employee was rude to us after that. But I think it was 2 other reasons why this transaction didn't work. (The job we had and interracial couple)

The person that helped us with the purchase made sure we were there to give our down payment, but now that we need our unit put in, we had trouble getting a response. If that's the way business is conducted there, the BBB will be notified.

She was quick at getting everything done, making sure we were happy with everything. She even drove 3 hours from her home to mine for just 1 paper that needed to be signed. Malory was very sweet and kind. Once again Malory THANK YOU, we love our Home. Anyone looking into buying a home, Malory is your girl.
