I have met and heard of many realtors becoming impatient with first time home buyers, but that WAS NOT the case with Beverly. My wife and I are only 23yrs old so our knowledge of the home buying process is not as seasoned as most. Beverly was kind, patient, caring, and she went to war for us! She had our best interests in mind at all times. She always made time for phone calls or FaceTimes, and she always found a way to make time for us! All in all, the process of home buying was simplistic and easy to navigate with Beverly by our side. Definitely recommend!!!

We’ve had a lot of experiences with different realtors and she was by far the best. She is incredibly organized and made sure to have a well planned route with all the details of each home. She was always very flexible and available to us and quickly got us in if we had a home we needed to see in a pinch. She also handled the many changes we made throughout the process with grace. I felt she had our best interest at heart always and was happy to give us her honest opinion to help steer us in the right direction. We met her at an open house that she was hosting for another Realtor and the connection was instant. This was our first home buying experience and we had no idea what to expect. Beverly took us through the process with precision and a professional manner second to none. I personally think that her name and picture should be in the dictionary beside the word Realtor; Re· al· tor, BEVERLY WOOTEN, extraordinary… I can only hope that everyone purchasing a home has the pleasant experience of such an advocate in their corner. However, that’s not the end of our journey. When we relocated for work, of course we called Beverly to list our home. She worked just as tirelessly during the selling process as she did during the buying process. We had a contract on the house in 1 day! We had already moved but she, through her myriad of contacts, got the house ready for the new buyers, handled any issues with contractors, our cost was minimal, and again, the process was seamless. I know I’ve gone long on this review but I cannot say enough great things about the buying and selling experience that Beverly made possible.
