She truly cares about the tenants and is always willing to help or answer any questions I have. I always ask for her because I know she will do everything she can to ensure I am taken care of. She is an asset to the Waterton team and I have never had someone go above and beyond for me like she has. Thank you Penny for making my experience at volare a good one! It wouldn’t have been the same without you!
- BMbree marieDec 8, 20255.0I’ve lived in Volare for almost five years now. To be honest, the start wasn’t the smoothest, but the staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew is always so nice and ready to lend a hand or just chat. Penny has been very friendly and willing to help when she can. Also very dog friendly, the front office staff gave my dog a rope tug toy the first time they met him!

Because of how we were treated, we ultimately decided not to move forward with renting here. Professionalism and courtesy matter, especially when prospective residents are trying to make an informed decision. I can’t even imagine what it would have been like dealing with management that treats you this way after moving in if this is how they behave before you give your business. I hope this changes for the sake of people who do live there.

We’ve complained 4 times about these girls and no one has done anything. My car has been broken into twice while visiting my sister overnight and IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. She will not be re-upping her lease and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.
