  Sonya and Grant and the rest of team are absolutely amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I had an unique situation and from first call with Sonya to closing tomorrow took around 4 years. But we always kept in touch and there was never any pressure to move forward. Once we were ready the process of qualifying was easy, to putting in an offer, to underwriting, all the way to the closing documents everything was explained clearly so that we understood each step. They even went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Legend Lending to everyone who is in need of a mortgage. Not only are Sonya and Grant knowledgeable, informative, professional...They are turely amazing people.

  Had a pleasure attending a class with Sonya, at The Grange hosted by Monica with Johnsons Development. I learned so much analyzing loan estimate and closing disclosure to help my client navigate throughout the transaction, especially toward the closing Line!!!
