She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or overlooked. What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and eager she was to make sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly reflect exceptional customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also so kind and dedicated to doing their job well. Oakwood is lucky to have Tessa!
