These are old apartments with poor maintenance. Our bathroom sink has been leaking, the bathtub/shower was never fixed in 6 months, the kitchen smells, cabinets are outdated, and the heater doesn’t work in cold weather. Even the ceiling fan didn’t work during summer. Maintenance requests are ignored or delayed for weeks, sometimes over a month. Management is helpful only before you sign the lease—after that, they stop caring. The neighborhood is also not well maintained, with neighbors smoking and pet waste not being cleaned up. Only staying to finish my lease. Would not recommend.

My apartment was almost broken in. Which is a recurring issue. People are always smoking, it smells like dope and weed. It's very sketchy. Whenever my lease is up I'm gone. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I know it's cheap but being safe is better than being sorry. Pay the extra money for something nicer.
