  Under new management this month, and the improvements are already showing! The new team has truly stepped in and started making a real difference. I’m excited to see how they continue to transform the property—it’s clear they are committed to getting things done and turning this place around!

  If you are considering these apartments, DONT. 72 hours ago we had requested for our ac to be looked at due it being 88 degrees when I got home from work, and there hasn’t been a text back, a call, nothing. We’ve been sitting in an almost 90 degree apartment the past 3 days and our calls are now getting forwarded to voicemail. But let me tell you guys this isn’t the first time they’ve done this😃 Asked for repairs on our rusting and paint chipped bathtub, asked for the mold in the corner of the bathroom to be taken care of, our ceiling in the room was falling in, insulation doesn’t work/doesn’t exist. Our bathtub was never touched, mold wasn’t treated but instead PAINTED OVER, when “repairing” our ceiling, they took our fan down and then proceeded to refuse to put it back on so we haven’t had a ceiling fan or light in our bedroom for 3 months now. And not to mention they didn’t even clean up after their repairs leaving dust, trapping my cat in the bathroom when they painted which can be EXTREMELY TOXIC, leaving paint on my shelves, whole floor covered in wooden chips and dust from drilling into the ceiling, etc. Also when you try and figure out a way to get out, they will threaten you with court to try and scare you into staying. Water is constantly on and off, even went almost 6 whole days one month without any running water. Rodents in the walls and upper levels, you walk outside and they are in the parking lot. Left a review about 4 months ago and then it was followed up with 3 separate fake reviews from BRAND NEW google accounts that were all countering what I was saying. Someone needs to actually look into this place. Crazy how they can get away with this kinda stuff.

  I’ve been here for almost 4 years and I can always say the staff that we have now is probably the best. Also with the management when you need something they make sure you get it and everything is good. You don’t have to wait. The maintenance men are amazing especially Christian. He’s been there ever since I moved in but the new managers that we have are definitely awesome. They’re sweet Caring and very kind. I definitely would recommend these apartments. They’re almost like family

  Never answer there phones, didn’t clean or repaint the apartment before I moved in, the unit I was in leaked into the downstairs apartment, and the ac ventilation was connected to the apartment below causing both places to be engulfed in each other’s house smells. If it’s your first or last apartment, it’s okay. If it’s not, don’t do it.
