In addition, they just push individuals thinking it is ok because it is difficult to fight back as an individual. I am building a suit against them now and hopefully will have it filed soon and some resolution my this time next year.
- SSSusanJun 26, 20251.0This mortgage company is the absolute worst. Used them for a construction loan, then when the construction was done and went to transfer it to a mortgage loan, they have completely screwed us around, it’s been 8 months and still not closed, as they continue to screw us.
- PXPJ “dkhter” XOXOXOJun 4, 20251.0This is the worst mortgage company you can find, bought a house and the mortgage was $1,300, after 3 years the company started to increase my payments to the amount of $1,800 citing a shortage of escrow and insurance, my house has been insured since day 1 and never late, when I bought the house I was told I could get any insurance now I have to get a different insurance; be sure you get everything in writing before you sign with this gateway mortgage.
