  Good morning . I bought my Clayton Home and I just want to warn future buyer is the appliance, fridge, dishwasher, and oven. If you are in the process of buying a home remember to upgrade your appliances. I didn’t do that and the appliance that came with my home are cheap. The oven won’t heat to the right temp, the dishwasher want clean the dishes and are still soapy because the soap pod won’t dissolve in the dishwasher and the dishes want dry on dry cycle, the oven the back burner ( it’s electric) so much heat come out the top I’m afraid of a fire and the fridge top freezer has ice icicles in the freezer and I turn down the temps. So anyone if your buying a new home upgrade your appliances because the one Clayton Home give you are so cheap you’ll have to buy your appliances all over again in a few years. Very disappointing and my home is only a few years old old. Thanks

  Brandi at Clayton Homes was absolutely amazing to work with! She really listened to what my family wanted and needed, and gave us everything straight—no pressure, no gimmicks. It honestly felt more like a friend helping us out than a salesperson. She’s extremely knowledgeable, walked us through every step, and still checks in on us even after we moved in. I was upfront about my credit and she never made me feel less than, just encouraged and supported. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I was so happy with the experience that I referred my mom and a few friends too! If you’re on the fence just give her a chance, you really have nothing to lose!

  Brandi assisted us with buying our first ever home. She was so amazing, helpful, and patient and couldn't have made the home buying process easier. We were able to set up a time to meet where she sat down with us and we figured out a good budget and was able to recommend several options right off the bat. We ended up getting a great home in a great community and we couldn't be happier!! 😊
