    Don’t ever move in there Don’t ever trust them They might be a little bit cheaper but not worth it! The new management will give you all their rudeness and unprofessionalism.

    Geneva has no qualification to be in any management position for The Royse. She has been speaking poorly about tenants to a woman named Katie, who resides in the first floor of building 1..This behavior is highly unprofessional and could expose the company to lawsuits for invasion of privacy and/or defamation. Keep in mind, this was her before she got fired. (image) The company changed its name and she snuck back in here. We need professionalism at the Royse!!

    The website advertises a security gate, pool and playground. The gates haven’t worked in at least 2 years, the pool didn’t open at all this past summer and the playground has been torn down. They like to put up all kinds of new rules and restrictions on your door regularly, enforce a “community curfew” that the city doesn’t even recognize, and have opted to require parking permits to be enforced by a towing company rather than repairing the security gate for their residents. Community Management is a joke, fees and billing errors galore. Additional edit: the basketball court is now closed to residents, as well. This community has NOTHING to offer.

    Maintenance is great and actually shows up in a decent time frame, and you can depend on whatever issues you’re having to be resolved. I haven’t had many issues living here at this complex nor have I had any reason to be back in forth out of the office. I’ve been living at this complex for two years now.

    The worst experience I’ve ever had went to visit a friend got woken up in the middle of the night to tow trucks driving parking lot and towing cars and trucks that’s pathetic worst experience ever will never go back
