  So happy to be back at The Landing! We already knew the amenities were great, but Lacey really made the difference. Her 'above and beyond' attitude and quick responses made the leasing process a breeze. If you're looking to move here, definitely ask for Lacey!

  Puedo decir q este complejo de apartamentos es uno de los mejores q conozco la atención es de inmediata el colectivo de trabajadores de mantenimiento es excelente dan muy buena atención de presentarse alguna avería en el apartamento lo resuelven de inmediato debo señalar q los apartamentos tienen a una trabajadora q los atiende cualquier problema se le plantea a ella en mi caso es Avery muy complacida con ella esto no se ve en otros condominio es una experiencia nueva para mi por lo q estoy súper contenta con este condominio a la vez lo recomiendo

  I wouldn’t Apply Here If Your Not A Nurse/Lawyer/ you know this is for the uppity community… the ones who are hard working and just want better This is my second time applying here spending the 265 $ just for me not to get approved…I Have Fair Credit and make plenty of money. It’s so disappointing but Thank God because I read the reviews after the fact and realize that God May Give You Denial Because there’s something better out there for you! If your like me a get emotional because you really wanted this or you deserve this go somewhere that deserves Your MONEY! don’t give up keep searching and everything will fall into place ! Texas need to charge these homeowners and business owner vacancies taxes I bet they’ll start accepting them applications

  RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. There are so many things I could say about this property. To start they showed us an apartment that was NOT the same apartment we were going to move into. We found this out day of with movers and it took HOURS for them to get us into another apartment meanwhile I am paying hourly for movers. The apartment we had to move into was not ready to be moved into. It reeked of cigarette smoke had damages and we were promised a new unit that was the same as we toured in a few days which turned into a week at least. Communication is a JOKE at the property. I was promised that the apartment complex would help with the mover charge since I had to hire them TWICE which was NOT my fault. We moved into the new apartment I sent them the receipts for both movers (at their request). I sent multiple emails and phone calls to management, and Avenue5 with NO RESPONSE. The gates do not work, the second pool, gym there is no access, the hot tube and "cold plunge" do not work, the "lazy river" is just another small pool. A package was stolen off of our door. There IS leak in our apartment whenever it rains from the fireplace, we put in a maintenance request on the app, and it shows that the request has been completed. We went into the leasing off and was told that we needed to wait for an outsource company and to put towels down. At the end of last month, Marie from the leasing office called us to tell us it was agreed to give us $500.00 off for the movers which cost me over $1,200 and that we owed over $3,000 in the next 5 DAYS. When I asked to speak with management NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME. There are so many more awful things this property has done to me and my family. Just RUN from this place. Biggest regret of my life is moving here.

  I absolutely love living at The Landing at Round Rock! The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are always well cared for, and the location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The management and maintenance teams go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable.
