It is sadly all just a sales tactic they use to lock you to a lease months in advance in the promise that it’s simply to hold the unit for you until you’re ready to move in. But god forbid plans changes and that’s when you find out that their words means absolutely nothing and they will quote the wrong sections of the singed lease in the desperate attempt to charge you as much as possible before you even move in. The friendless and kindness we fell for is all gone and all you see is their true greed and threats of placing fees to collections before the timeframe to pay it even starts. I definitely do not recommend this management company and their fake staff.
