Really like the open floor plan for the kitchen concept, the town home style for the complex and all the amenities like the gym, pool, club house with an office space, game area and coffee machine. Staff is super friendly and responds in a timely manner. Gated community so it’s very safe. Service requests have a fast turn around and the dog park and pond/park areas are nice for those with dogs. Overall a great place to live if you can afford it. Close proximity to ACC, H-E-B, downtown Roundrock and the round rock recreation is nice.

What I appreciate most is the customer service—management is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. Also I enjoy our community activities, is a plus!

- RSRebecca SDec 16, 20255.0I was one of the first residents at Stillwell, and I've just signed another 16 month lease. My first 15 months FLEW by and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. To start, the units are gorgeous and spacious; luxury building materials (they are not thrown together like other residences), updated appliances, fancy amenities, super quiet neighborhood, kind neighbors, just truly everything you need. Management/maintenance is 10/10. They are always extremely quick to respond and resolve. I have yet to bring an issue to them that wasn't immediately handled with the utmost amount of professionalism and care. Blake and Giovanni are absolute gems - I am so lucky to live here!
