New management has taken over so I put in for it to be fixed again and my tub is still in the same condition. When they have work they needs to be done in your personal space they don't give you a notice, you just wake up to someone on your balcony pressure washing your padded furniture, your children battery operated toys, etc. The only reason I resigned my lease after a year was bc I could find another apartment with an opening. If it wasn't so expensive to break my lease I would have been out of here.
