What really impressed me was tonight—it’s 11 PM on Christmas Eve, I got locked out, and Augustine from maintenance showed up within 5 minutes and opened the door with no delay. On a holiday like that, that’s next-level service. Definitely feel like I made the right choice moving here. Huge thanks to Augustine—an amazing professional.

As someone living here for so long you’d think that the management would have an ounce of care for their residents when it comes to certain inconveniences faced by them. They recently decided to change their parking facility without anyone’s consent and suddenly decided to change their parking system. As someone who works 2 full time jobs and is a full time college student, it is extremely difficult to be vigilant about these sudden changes. My car got towed and they refused to offer any help and simply blamed it on me. As management they should have had the decency to check with their residents and see whether they’ve registered or not before towing would take place. This would have showed that they truly cared for their residents but clearly they do not. Furthermore, there have been numerous thefts for car tires and car break ins where the apartment management simply says they cannot do anything about it. Lastly, I have faced issues with the trash valet service countless number of times where their trash valet team has been inadequate with their services but I never felt the need to highlight it to the public. After today I want every potential future resident to see this review and reconsider their decision because of how the management cares and treats their residents with additional unnecessary fines and no sense of consideration for their residents.
