  We love living at this luxury apartment — it truly gives us a luxury vibe every day. We recently tried the Amenify service and were impressed with how smooth everything was. The app is very easy to use, the rewards are a nice bonus, and our requested task was completed fast and efficiently. Overall, a great experience that adds even more convenience to living here!

  Recently toured with Chloe and my experience with her was top of the line compared to nearby properties. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. When my lease is up I will definitely be leasing with her. Thank you!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. During my time at Cendana District West Apartments, I experienced repeated theft — including stolen rims and vehicles — along with a mouse and rat infestation and filthy trash areas that were rarely cleaned. The lawns were ruined because residents constantly left dog waste everywhere, and domestic violence was a regular issue in nearby units that management ignored. The elevators were often broken, we were charged over $100 a month for water, and there were even undercover sting operations happening on the property — something residents were never informed about and only discovered afterward. Don’t be fooled by Jonsua Perez — he may come across as a caring person, but my experience showed a very different side. What looks like a luxury apartment community from the outside is actually unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. Security, maintenance, and communication are nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and stress — do not move here. There are far better options in the area where you can actually feel safe and respected as a tenant. The movie room, long luxury pool (meticulously cleaned daily), podcast and game rooms, elegant lounges, and mini office spaces are beyond impressive — each space designed with care, sophistication, and true comfort in mind. It’s an experience that leaves you in awe every single day. 🌟 Special Shout-Out to Chloe! 🌟 Chloe is truly the heart of this community. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness go above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. She made me feel like royalty — ensuring every detail was perfect and every question was answered with care. Her warmth and dedication are unmatched, and she treats every resident as if they’re the most important person in the world. Chloe, you made my entire experience unforgettable, and I can’t thank you enough! The entire Cendana District West staff, just to name a few that i had the pleasure of personally meeting, Chloe, Eric, Michaela, Alondra, and all the other staff members, all deserve equal praise — they embody luxury service and genuine hospitality. Every team member greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Hands down, this has been the best living experience of my life. Every day here feels like a getaway. Cendana District West isn’t just a place to live — it’s a masterpiece of comfort, community, and class.
