When I tried to resolve it, they claimed I didn't pay because I was 'at a party,' which is a complete fabrication to avoid admitting their portal failed. Total lack of integrity from the front office. Avoid this place if you want fair billing."

This schedule is highly inconvenient and results in an unexpected soaking for anyone using this path for their morning walk, run, or commute. Running sprinklers during these hours is impractical. A simple and more courteous solution would be to adjust the timing to the very early morning hours, such as 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM, when residents are typically sleeping. Please make this simple fix immediately.
