Always resolves my issues if not same day then the following depending on what time I've submitted it. :) The front office staff has been great with listening to any concerns or suggestions I have had regarding the property! Especially Chris! He listens. He's a positive person that genuinely hears you out and let's you feel like he's on top of things. He saw me walking my dog the other day and stopped me just to ask if I was doing ok and if anything was needed in my apartment. Everything was fine so we just chatted a bit, but it was nice knowing that he took the time to check in. All in all, there's a reason I haven't decided to move elsewhere.
- JJJames JamesNov 11, 20251.0Lived there over a year and moved out in September. This place is terrible. I was catfished regarding the apartment I moved into. It was not cleaned at all. I was lied to about the apartment not having carpet which is 1 of the reasons why I chose it but it ended being carpeted in the living and bedroom. From day 1 there was plumbing issues and that continued even after I left. Literally hot water would be out once a week non stop. Other times there was no water. I declined paying for covered parking in my lease but they forced all residents to pay for it 2 months into my lease. My washer stopped working and it took them a month to replace it. I hate this place. The management was changed out when I was leaving so hopefully they are better than the old management. Also the average resident with dogs don't pick up after them and everyday there was dog poop all over the property grass.
