    Moved here Dec 2009 site unseen. Ended up being a great location close to everything you could possibly need. Paying rent is easy after you setup the auto pay, rent is taken out on the 5th of every month. Maintenance personnel show up and address your concerns in a timely manner. You can place your maintenance request through the Banner apartments website. You can have packages delivered to a lockbox station next to the mailbox’s. Have never a problem with packages or mail. Grounds, pool and exercise room are kept clean. In my opinion, room for improvement areas would be, proactive snow and ice removal for parking lot, stairs and walkways when they become slick in winter. Double pane windows would be nice to help keep noise and weather out. Optional washer and dryer, being able to use your own machines would be nice. Overall in general it’s been a convenient, great place to live. You’re close to Schools, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, doctors, Dentist and Hospitals. A car cleaning station and a Hot Jacuzzi Would be welcome addition to the complex.

    SIX maintenance requests in 2 months for the AC and all they do is provide a temporary solution. Put Freon in the unit, it works for a few days, then back to the same issue. Gets to be 80-85 degrees into the apt. Been saying that there’s a leak in the unit since July and the leak, nor the unit has been replaced. But if I withheld rent from them, then there’s an issue! Call the office to speak to the manager, she’s never there, nor never calls back. Make it make sense.
