  We visited the leasing office for an enquiry about 2B apartment. When we reached there at 12:45, door was locked and there was a notice which said meeting till 1:30. We left and returned at 1:30 sharp, when we tried to push the door, it was locked again. My 10 year old tried to push the door as there was a click sound, she thought someone opened from inside, but immediately a lady came out and yelled at us and was saying you almost brokenour door. What kind of a door is that, which will break if a 10 year old push the handle. And she asked us why are you here, I said we came to enquire about an apartment, she said we are now on lunch break come back after 1 hour. We honestly felt really bad as if we were asking them to give us a free shelter. Then another guy came out and said we are on a Christmas party right now, we don't have time. So we left immediately but while we were backing up, the same guy was walking outside back and forth on his phone. Very much disappointed.

  DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS LOCATION. Wish I could give a negative score! This place got the worst staff. I have to go in person and catch them before they leave, or I will NOT hear back from anyone. I’ve wasted so much time on errors from their staff and their lack of efficiency. A new maintenance guy came to finish an ongoing issue above my shower, as he was putting my shower head back, I overheard his coworker (that has been here for awhile) say “just leave it.” UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and NOT WELL MAINTAINED. I’ve been nothing but kind and understanding, but I’ve had enough. I WANT OUT!

  I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is quiet, well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

  Believe the bad reviews because they are being 100% honest. I will not recommend this place to anyone you can do better. This place is poorly managed the staff are just rude and some of the worst people I’ve dealt with and there’s really no need for it. For how much rent is they can take better care of the apartments and hire people who actually want to do their job. Honestly a word for the wise is enough and just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live cause mission gates is not it.

  I arrived for a scheduled apartment tour, but no one was present at the front desk to assist me. After waiting, I noticed a maintenance staff member and let him know I had an appointment. He told me to knock on the office door, so I did. Instead of being polite and apologizing for not being at the front desk professionally, the salesperson remarked me, saying I “should not come inside,” even though I never stepped into the manager’s office—I simply knocked on the door where I saw him. He added that they were having a “professional meeting,” saying it as if it were some kind of top-secret operation. I have lived in different states across the U.S., and I have never experienced such a less-than-optimal first encounter. He then continued by telling me I was two minutes late, as if that justified the unprofessional tone. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t even signed a lease yet, I can only imagine how residents are treated once they’re locked in. The experience was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and left a very bad first impression. I would be extremely cautious before considering this property.
