  I have had a terrible experience at MissionGate. Since Friday evening, my apartment has gone through major flooding issues — a sprinkler burst, toilet overflow, and today water leaking from the kitchen ceiling with the light fixture breaking. My bedroom carpet is ruined, my personal items are damaged, and my family has been forced to sleep in the living room for days. Worst of all, after Friday evening, no one picked up the emergency maintenance line despite dozens of calls. I had to call 911 today because the kitchen ceiling/light was about to fall. These are serious safety hazards, and the apartment has been completely unlivable. Until management fixes their emergency response and maintenance issues, I cannot recommend living here.

  I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is quiet, well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

  Believe the bad reviews because they are being 100% honest. I will not recommend this place to anyone you can do better. This place is poorly managed the staff are just rude and some of the worst people I’ve dealt with and there’s really no need for it. For how much rent is they can take better care of the apartments and hire people who actually want to do their job. Honestly a word for the wise is enough and just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live cause mission gates is not it.

  I arrived for a scheduled apartment tour, but no one was present at the front desk to assist me. After waiting, I noticed a maintenance staff member and let him know I had an appointment. He told me to knock on the office door, so I did. Instead of being polite and apologizing for not being at the front desk professionally, the salesperson remarked me, saying I “should not come inside,” even though I never stepped into the manager’s office—I simply knocked on the door where I saw him. He added that they were having a “professional meeting,” saying it as if it were some kind of top-secret operation. I have lived in different states across the U.S., and I have never experienced such a less-than-optimal first encounter. He then continued by telling me I was two minutes late, as if that justified the unprofessional tone. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t even signed a lease yet, I can only imagine how residents are treated once they’re locked in. The experience was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and left a very bad first impression. I would be extremely cautious before considering this property.

  I recently toured Mission Gate Apartments and had an incredible experience thanks to Eddie, the leasing agent. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and truly cared about helping me find the right home. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable — answering every question I had with honesty and detail. Eddie went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the options and amenities, and his genuine enthusiasm for the community really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who loves what they do and makes the entire process so enjoyable. Because of the outstanding service and positive energy Eddie provided, I’m confident that Mission Gate is the perfect place for me to call home. Thank you, Eddie, for making such a great impression and turning what could’ve been a stressful process into an easy and exciting one!
