  Moved out six months ago, our biggest complaint was that we had No hot water several times each month. After I moved out, the apartments charged me for utilities for the month after we moved out. Conservice Said to talk to the apartments about the charges. I have now called Evana Grove 23 times over the last four months, left four voicemails, And still haven’t been able to talk to anybody. I’ve never felt so reassured from one star reviews I read on here that say the same thing. Also, they wanted to raise my rent $300 one year because they said they were going to be building a pool and all they did was repaint the buildings for the second time in two years(cuz of course we got new management). I hope the current residents end up getting that pool they were promised! Unless they scrapped the plans for that months ago and never communicated that which seems to be on brand.

  Cero (menos 5 estrellas).. Si piensas rentar en Evana Grove, piensalo bien...... Ojo..antes de ir a la oficina, primero date una vuelta por el complejo,,, veras agua brotar por donde quiera de las tuberias podridas (70 years old) ...... Segundo toca en cualquier apartamento, y pregunta que si tienen buen servicio, que si te los recomiendan....seguramente te vas a dar la vuelta sin mirar para atras... Lo demas esta en los otros comentarios... No albercas.. no parque.. si basura.... si cara la renta..🤑🧹

  Jaime O el James. Gracias por tu ayuda con nuestro apartamento nuevo. Raza este hombre es bueno Honesto y muy amigable. Me ofreció yegagando ala oficina AGUA SODA . E STADO BUSCANDO APTRMENTS Y NADIEN ME SE PORTO TANBIEN COMO EL GORDITO . 5 STARS*****

  Nothing changed in this apartment complex, the biggest problem here is the parking specially for those people who came from work and finding a parking spot near there unit, I’m a closing from work this is my number 1 problem when going home, I always park my car every night in the farthest parking area away from my apartment unit! And some people is still drinking and playing a loud music! How can people sleep well specially the kids at night if this people plays a loud music!? Beer cans/bottles are just scattered in the parking!

  I don’t want to give even 1 star but there was nothing lesser than this. They share incomplete information and misguide their customers. Worst place worst staff don’t come here…
