I submitted multiple work orders through the resident portal and patiently waited for maintenance to complete them. I even contacted the office twice and was promised that maintenance would come that same day — but no one ever showed up. I currently have a broken cabinet door, a master toilet that hasn’t worked for over a week, a broken laundry door, and a non-functioning ice maker, and more. While I understand maintenance can get busy, the lack of follow-up and poor communication from the office have made this move-in experience extremely frustrating. The customer service and accountability are severely lacking, and it’s honestly made me regret choosing this community.

They’ve been blowing dirt and grass all over the vehicles parked nearby — it’s getting pretty bad. Hopefully management can remind them to be more careful. We all work hard to keep our cars clean, and a little consideration would go a long way!
