  0 stars Flagstar refused to send me proof of statements after they stole $657 of escrow from me. Refused to allow me to speak to there supervisor. Worst bank ever. Maybe this will get a supervisor’s attention

  YOU CANNOT FEEL SAFE MAKING A PAYMENT THROUGHT THEIR MYLOANS WEB PAGE!!!!! They will refuse to admit that their system can pull money from your bank account TWICE for a payment. They will gaslight you into believing you logged in multiple times to make a payments. Even though you have proof, screenshot and emails, of only one payment. They will make you jump through hoops to get a refund from their system error. They will drain your account and blame you for their mistake. They refuse to do a proper system applications investigation as to why double payments were made and talk to you like your stupid for requesting one. I never chose this company as a lender. They aquired my account and if I could choose a different company I would have done so a long time ago.

  Do not use this bank. My mortgage was transferred to their co and they just took 2 payments this month out of my checking account when I only aporoved 1 payment causing my bank acct to be over drawn On top of that, I have to request one of the payments back. in writing and it will take at least 7 days to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! .
