  When my husband and I started this journey, we decided that we wanted to make a goal to retire. We knew it would be difficult because of the market but after 2 years of searching in 2 states, we prayed about it and contacted Stephanie. The house we chose went on and off the market several times in 2024, but we were lucky enough that it went back on the market again. Stephanie never gave up and she secured our offer. Even though she had challenges herself, and even though we were in a different state, she held us together and she made sure that we had everything in place to help us get our retirement home. We can’t be more grateful for her. She is professional, level headed, blunt, and a counselor when she needs to be. She’s knowledgeable about the market enough to fight for a good negotiation and gentle enough to encourage us when she needs to be. She’s a planner, a go get em, no nonsense financial advisor and respectful of all parties in the negotiating process. Her skills and experience is what makes her the perfect fit for anyone looking to buy property in deep east TX. I highly recommend that if you’re in the market, buying or selling or just thinking about it, call Stephanie cuz she will be your client for life.   Stephanie is a knowledgeable realtor. She executes very well and wraps up the paperwork in a timely manner. Never hesitated in taking me for a re-look when I was trying to make up my mind on which house I wanted to buy. Friendly, courteous, and thorough.   Stephanie was fantastic. She had my mom's house under contract at more than 95% of the asking price in ten days and it closed escrow 30 day later. She was a consummate professional, understood the market, priced the house right, and managed all of the bossy voices in my family perfectly. I'd strongly recommend her for your real estate needs.
