The staff Irene , Michelle, both greeted me with a smile asked me all the questions that I wanted to asked even before I asked. I was introduced to maintenance after the tour. This staff when above and beyond with customer service best excellent service in midland. I am very glad to have stopped here because this is the place I will call home thank you ALL if anyone is interested in renting in midland this is the PLACE Aviare Place Apartments you won't regret it.....Thank you again for making this experience and this journey so wonderful....

- FMFreddy Machado4 days ago5.0I recently moved to this apartments and i couldn’t have ever made a better decision Irene and Michel are the most amazing staff ive ever come across so patient and resourceful the apartment was spotless the community so peaceful and respectful grounds are always clean the pool blue had a small issue with my stove and maintenance took care of it immediately awesome place highly recommended
- ELEmma LiconOct 22, 20251.0Washers and dryers don’t work. Said they’re gonna start charging 100$ to each pet resident for people not picking up after themselves. Which is unfair for the people who actually do even tho they have cameras to see. Had to buy own cockroach stuff, have yet to see anything work. They charge each month for pest control but, they don’t come every month which is ridiculous. Wondering where all this rent money even goes to. They literally had the pool closed whole summer because of a beer bottle in the trash as well. Seriously don’t recommend at all.
