- EEEmeryNov 13, 20251.0This apartment complex’s management is absolutely HORRIBLE. They never communicate anything, rarely answer the phone, and when they do answer it’s always “oh I don’t know” then silence. I have to basically beg to be transferred to a manager and then still the issues never get resolved and all I get is a sorry. Me and my roommate are supposedly getting a new roommate that wildwood did not inform us on once. The alleged new roommate was the only one to reach out to us. They’re also making her reach out to everyone instead of doing it themselves and figuring stuff out. They have complete lack of 1. Urgency 2. Safety and 3. Satisfying their tenants. Do not move here.

Only major downside would be that besides the bus that only runs weekdays 7am-7pm, there isn’t a way to access the city or get back from it without owning your own vehicle or using a rideshare service since there isn’t really any sidewalks or bike lanes. However, Citibus On-Demand is a relatively cheap way to get to and from the city from here in a pinch on weekends or if you miss the last bus home.
