I had issues with the water late in day in my shower and maintenance was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The staff is very interactive and helpful in assisting with whatever matters there are. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking at something affordable and close to the university.

The clubhouse and gym are pretty nice although the keypads sometimes don’t work so you can’t get in. The complex is safe though, never felt threatened walking around at night as a female. For what you pay, it’s a good deal, just don’t expect anything luxurious.

Every interaction with staff that I have has me walking away satisfied. Maintenance is always making sure that I feel 100% secure and reassured with the results of every work order I've ever submitted.
