- DDDana DNov 6, 20251.0The outdoor security doors are usually broken and propped open. The plumbing leaks, management refuses to fix it and then the renters are charged. Every possible cost will be added and then increased. Find somewhere else to live.

- MRMia RobertsOct 9, 20253.0Dryer didn’t work for 8 months, it took multiple maintenance requests to get it fixed. There was no dishwasher for the first few months as well. The wreath on our door was taken and broken into pieces into the hallway and staff did nothing to help. Gym is nice but small, pool is usually good as well. There is a great package system and the trash valet comes everyday. Coffee machine is often down. Maintenance is kind, but our AC has gone out twice. If there is a problem with rent the office makes you handle it with outside companies or takes days to fix it. They bribe tenants for good reviews. You get what you pay for.

Homeless cracked out people always sleep in between the apartments, some have even came into the property. Homeless hang out in the garage. The doors outside don’t lock, so anyone can come into the apartment. Internet is so bad. Walls are so thin. But overall clean inside the apartment.
