- SDSusan DasherDec 15, 20254.0Your advertising should let interested people know that you need to make 3x the base rent. If not you will need a cosigner I really want to live in your complex and since we have few bills and no car payment and rarely go out to dinner or entertainment, we figured we could pay the rent quoted ... It would have been nice to know before the interview with Kristen. It was a bit embarrassing for me at 75yo and my husband of 80 to find we missed the mark and needed a cosigner. Lol. Anyway, I think it's a great place and though I have not lived there yet, I still hope to.. It is neat, clean, and the appliances looked brand new including a washer and dryer. The bathroom is fabulous with a grand tub and shower in the main bathroom..the other bathroom is a half bath. Can't find that in a one bedroom in all of Leander!!!! The kitchen is marvelous and you can stand in the middle and reach anything you need .. especially important for someone with feet neuropathy. There are many white cabinets in both bathrooms and in the kitchen..a private porch and a patio and fenced yard. Two trees; one in front and one in back...it is compact .. and that is a good thing. All apartments are on the ground floor...and there is so much natural light. A wonderful place.

Immaculately maintained grounds. Randall's supermarket and all convenience services nearby, including an urgent care next door, plus all the advantages of Mason Hills and Crystal Falls master planned communities. Perfect for pet owners!
