- KKKatieNov 12, 20255.0Michael is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the maintenance requests items he is responding to. He is always positive, informative and a complete joy! He and his supervisor always make me feel valued and at home whenever I see them in my apartment or out and about at the Moorings. The manager and all the office staff are friendly and helpful. No matter the request, they always give their best and really care about their residents. I am a very satisfied resident at this beautiful complex on South Shore Harbour Marina!

- AMAlexis MartinezJul 22, 20241.0I regret to say that my experience at The Moorings has been extremely disappointing. Here are some of the major issues I've encountered during my time here: When we first moved in, there were already numerous problems. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the trap was glued into the sink, making it impossible to remove. The shower head was coming out of the wall, and there was no drain cover in the shower, making it look like a hole in the tub. The garbage disposal was broken, with an inch of water under the sink. The freezer wasn’t set up to make ice, requiring a maintenance call. We were told we were getting a new dryer prior to move in and we never received it. They just heavily paint over everything so it just peels off over time and looks horrible. They really rushed us to move in and put a bandaid on everything rather than telling us to wait so they could fix the issues. The A/C broke about seven times. We ended up living longer without A/C than with it. Every time maintenance would come to “fix” it, they just put a band-aid on the issue, causing it to run constantly. This led to over a $300 electric bill for a one-bedroom apartment. Management does not care about residents' concerns at all. Despite numerous complaints about various issues, they remained indifferent and unresponsive. Overall, I could not take it anymore and broke my lease to move out as fast as I could. In the long run it was cheaper to break the lease rather than pay over $300 a month on electricity. I would not recommend The Moorings to anyone. The management's lack of responsiveness and the numerous issues make it a place to avoid.

A new/current resident has been harassing us, taking videos of us with our dog, and stalking what we do throughout the day. Spoke with management and they told us to file a police report, however failed to hear our concerns about our safety nor speak with the other tenants about their actions. This complex has went down hill since new management overtook. Would not recommend living here, especially if you have pets or children at home alone.
