However, the last year there I maybe spent less than 25 days actually at the apartment. My only complaint is how long it takes for a deposit to get back. They didn't send it out the first time until about thirty days after move out. If you have paid a large deposit and are depending on it for next place down payment etc, then be advised it will not get to you in time. Make other arrangements. I took the deposit as free money when I finally got it back about sixty days later. I will say it might have been a mailing issue so I won’t blame them for that but even at the best circumstances, I still would not have received it until about 35 days after move out. The trash situation was always a mess which has led to rats being at the dumpster at night by back gate. I realized this the last night before move out. Other than that The staff was overall always pleasant.

But maintenance staff is not friendly and they are not considerate of other peoples time. They show up whenever they please and walk right into your unit without permission. When communicating with them they look at you like you are crazy or don't say anything at all. You never know when they are going to show up and they only do a temporary fix never a permeant fix so your constantly having to call them back.
