I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. Had issues with management, my vehicle being towed, my apartment had mold (had to get my own testing done due to management neglecting my request and would not reimburse me), my apartment had issues upon moving in (dirty). They are not willing to go above and beyond.

I’ve generally tried to be understanding as a resident, but my recent experience with parking and towing has been extremely disappointing. My car was having mechanical issues, so I was temporarily using a spare family vehicle for a few days. When I signed my lease, the leasing office clearly indicated which area was VISITOR PARKING on the parking map, and that section was highlighted for me. After coming home late from a long shift and not feeling well, I parked in that same area. It was dark, and the signage was not clearly visible at the time. I followed the required process and registered the vehicle through REGISTER2PARK, which approved the car for 24 hours and gave me a confirmation number with no warning or indication that the space was ineligible. Despite this approval, my car was towed from “Reserved Space 07.” I first went to the leasing office for help and was told to contact the towing company directly. When I called, the towing supervisor I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. He stated that he would not return calls from the leasing office, leaving me with no support or resolution. After the towing company refused to help and I returned to the leasing office for assistance, I was then told that emails are sent out about reserved parking. However, throughout the complex, resident reserved parking spaces typically do not have spot numbers, while the visitor parking area does have numbered spaces. Because of this, and because the leasing map given to me clearly labeled and highlighted that section as visitor parking, I genuinely believed those numbered spots were RESERVED FOR VISITORS ONLY, not for individual residents. What was most upsetting was how the leasing office handled the situation overall. While Katy Ramirez did listen and tried to go back and forth to get answers, I had to come into the office THREE TIMES IN THE SAME DAY, and the manager refused to come out or communicate with me at all. It genuinely felt like my concerns were being brushed aside. At one point, the situation was even framed as my fault because I had mentioned not feeling well, which was discouraging and unfair. When I asked if this happens often, I was told by a leasing representative that towing issues occur frequently with THOSE SPECIFIC PARKING SPOTS, yet nothing seems to be done to protect residents or fix the confusion. If Venterra Living is charging premium rent, residents should not be subjected to such an unprofessional towing company or left unsupported when issues clearly stem from confusing signage and a flawed parking registration system. I have since registered the spare vehicle on my lease to avoid further issues, but this entire experience was stressful, costly, and handled poorly. Management seriously needs to reassess both their towing vendor and how resident concerns are addressed.
